<Park Jun Woo - Fried ham ball with tomato risotto and prune using retort pouched food>

● Ingredients

tomato sauce, canned tuna, prune, red wine, egg, canned ham, instant corn pottage,

boiled broccoli, butter, onion, instant rice, sugar, flour, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, ground pepper

● Directions

1. Melt butter and stir-fry chopped onion.

2. Add cubes of instant rice and tomato sauce and continue to stir-fry.
3. Add drained tuna and parmesan cheese and continue to stir-fry.

4. Melt butter and stir-fry prune.
Add red wine and sugar and boil down.

5. Mash ham and mix white flour and egg.

6. Put tuna into 5 and shape into balls.

7. Coat the balls with flour, egg, and bread crumbs and fry them.

8. Put instant corn soup powder in the water and bring to a boil.
Add parmesan cheese and ground pepper to make a sauce.

9. Pour the corn sauce on the tomato risotto.

10. Place the fried ham balls on top of the tomato risotto.
Add prune and boiled broccoli to the dish.
