Her father doesn't pleased to talk with Cha Seo Hoo (Yoon Kyun Sang) who had marked his daughter for life, however, the ex-fiance insists on marrying her saying he will never hurt her.
Ha Na took him by the hand and led him from the house disapproves of his rash conduct but he is rather displeased at her behavior in front of the parents.
Won goes to a nearby park and watches his friend whose head in her hands from a distance after getting a text message from her brother.
Ha Na's parents do not reject the daughter who is madly in love with the pianist although they concern about her unhappiness.
On the way home, Ha Na bumps into Won around the house and tells him that everything is fine between her and Seo Hoo before he asks her about the relationship. He watches her back as she walks away and he smiles bitterly because she doesn't seem fine at all.
Seo Hoo invites his girlfriend to his new house for her and shows her dresses, shoes, and bags. She looks at the boyfriend who makes the decision without consulting her wishes but she loves him despite his unruly behaviors.
Meanwhile, the flight attendant goes to a senior center as a volunteer and he thinks better of Lee So Eun (Choo Soo Hyun) thanks to her enjoyable speaking in dialect with old ladies.
The marking chief hears that the pianist has conflicting interests with a representative from his agency due to the benefit performance.
Won sees Seo Hoo standing with a well-dressed woman at the airport. Min Ji Soo (Park Tam Hui), the representative, makes an offer to have a long run performance overseas to prevent him from staying in Korea and asks him who has made him become an internationally famous artist.
Ha Na introduces Seo Hoo to her close friend because he continuously presses her. She dissatisfied with him as he displays affection without getting consideration for the friends and him also unhappy about her friends talking about the 17-year-long relationship between Ha Na and Won.
On their way home, Ha Na wants him to have an honest talk and the couple starts to quarrel talking about their past where they hurt each other. Won sees her sitting on a bench alone and asks her what is happening, however, she keeps her distance from her old friend.
The next day Min Ji Soo pays a visit to the shoe company and Ha Na cares about the sponsor who caused scandals with his boyfriend.
Won and Ha Ha smile looking at the same brand of kitchen rolls for a housewarming party of their friends. On the way home, Won asks her to be best friends just like old times talking about the meaning of 17 years and she gives him a sweet smile.
