<Choi Hyun Seok - Blueberry Soufflé>
● Directions
1. Beat egg whites until stiff peak form.
2. Spread butter and sugar inside of the soufflé cup.
3. Warm-up chocolate in a double boiler.
6. Half-fill the cup with the batter.
7. Put some frozen blueberries on the batter and fill the rest of the batter.
8. Place the cup in the oven until the soufflé is puffed and golden brown on top.
9. Process the mixture of sugar and starch in the proportion of nine to one to make powdered sugar.
