Let me introduce two tasty restaurants I've ever tasted.
I don't think they are low-priced but they are sooooo delicious.

Daedo Restaurant

대도식당 (the main store in Wangsimni)

They only carry fresh meat at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend any visitor to Seoul to try this fried rice with kkakdugi (Diced Radish Kimchi) after you're done eating roasted beef.  It's a special taste!

It makes my mouth water all the time.

Saebyukjib

새벽집, true to its name - "House of Dawn"

Business Hours: 24/7 (Open year-round)

About 50 dollars for a portion but you may eat another serving of rib-eye due to a small serving.

Ganjang gejang (Soy Sauce Marinated Crab) is another delicacy of Saebyukjib.

It's also not cheap, however, you can easily see celebrities if you luck out. lol
