The surgeon drives the heiress to a cathedral church where she was supposed to get married to her fiance was killed in the traffic accident three years ago and he places a cell phone into her hand to allow her to choose a person as a bridge over troubled waters.
"I don't wanna be jealous of the dead person!" he says and leaves the place.
Yeo Jin calls him and the young man in love is back soon.
"Once-in-a-lifetime call is you!" she says with total sincerity and they kiss each other.
It makes me cringe but it is romantic~ :)
Gang Doctor was impressive for its unusual and overwhelming storyline for the first three episodes but now is just another Romeo and Juliet sharing a true love that transcends their social position. lol (I love romantic comedy film, of course, but its flow of the story is much too abrupt.)
