Choi Kyung In (Jin Kyung) visited Yoo Ri Ta (Ku Hye Sun)' uncle is shocked at him holding some documents upside down.
"I gave an injection of a strong painkiller. He will die in 72 hours without pain. He even never knows he is dying." Lee Jae Wook (Ji Jin Hee) gives a dry answer to the vice president demanding an explanation.
"It is not what I want." she denies.

Yoo Ri Ta (Ku Hye Sun) gets to know that the director
injected poison to her uncle.
The niece who can't down her anger tries to kill Lee Jae Wook but he gets off lightly.
"You are wild than I thought!" he grins at her.
"I will kill you! You are not worth to live!" she shouts but is pulled apart by Ji Sang immediately came running.
He persuades her, "He is not an ordinary human. It is not a good way. I promise that I will make him deeply regret."
Min Ga Yeon goes to see the chief doctor and asks him, "Patients in 21A ward are so serious. It is more than side effects. Have you shifted the responsibility to Dr. Park using patients for bait?"

Yoo Seok Joo (Kim Kap Soo) confesses his crime that he killed his niece's parents to take possession of Taemin Hospital.

She leaves the room in tears.
