Byun Ji Sook (Soo Ae) feels much relieved after telling all secrets to Choi Min Woo (Ju Ji Hoon) and her husband accepts the unusual situation. Choi Mi Yeon (Yoo In Young) is angry because Min Seok Hoon (Yeon Jung Hoon) denies the charge and screams at him to get out of the house. She persuades her brother and his wife not to tell the chairman about the attempted murder asking their forgiveness and promises them that she will make him deliver himself to the police.
Min Woo socks him in the attacker's face and declares war against him who has bullied the couple for a long time. Mi Yeon puts blame on Ji Sook on for causing the repeated misfortune of the family. She pays visits to her family-run coffee shop and feels resentment because they look very happy, unlike her unhappy family.
Ji Sook sees her father watching her from a distance and rushes out calling him 'father.' Hugging each other, they share the happiness of a long-awaited reunion. Ji Sook and Min Woo look around for a house where they will live with the poor family.
Min Woo tries to find a way to throw the bad guy into prison and Ji Sook goes to visit to persuade the gunman who gave himself up to the police. Mi Yeon threatens the man so that the police would never know the real suspect. Trembling with fear, he asks Ji Sook for help and she secures a video clip as real evidence. However, Min Woo cannot give a prosecutor a USB due to an unexpected call from his sister's husband.
Mi Yeon still loves her husband although she knows that he has done something wicked. She meets Byun Ji Hyuk (Hoya) before his mother receives a liver transplant and she places peanut powder into a glass of him who has a violent allergic reaction to nuts.
The donor's condition worsens and his mother dies after waking up from a short period of coma. Ji Sook arrives at the hospital soon after her mother's death and cries out loud slipping her finger a ring her husband bought for his mother-in-law.
