Choi Soo Eun (Jung Hye Seong) is surprised at Park Ji Sang who doesn't have any scar on the face.
"Did you see? Dr. Park doesn't get hurt in the face?" she asks Yoo Ri Ta (Ku Hye Sun) making a great fuss about that.
Yoo Ri Ta simply says to her friend, "That's only a slight scratch. Don't be silly." laughing playfully.
Jung Ji Tae (Kim Yu Seok) tries to draw the blood of patients in the 21A ward for blood analysis but he is stopped by security guards. At the moment, Park Ji Sang gives a helping hand but they are intercepted by the director and the chairman of Taemin Hospital again. Seo Hye Ri (Park Tae In), the director of the new medicine development, takes the last blood sample which Choi Soo Eun hid in a pocket.
Yoo Ri Ta, who shares a secret with the vampire doctor, is really happy because he is the prince who saved her when she was young.
Park Ji Sang, who has been loveless in his whole life, bring her to snack bar Gimbop Heaven for a date. Ri Ta feeds him a Gimbap with Tuna and he can't hide his joy although he doesn't sense any tastes.
On the other hand, the female doctor senses someone approaching when she parks in an underground parking lot of her house.
Joo Hyun Woo (Jung Hae In) doubts the hospital director's sincerity and asks Park Ji Sang not to tell the fact that they found the picture once again.
Jung Ji Tae, a son of Dr. Jung Han Su, agonizes seriously under the vampire doctor's suggestions to share his study.
A daughter of Choi Woo Sik, one of the patient in 21A isolation ward, asks Min Ga Yeon (Son Soo Hyun) to have her wedding for her father who is given several months to live. In the middle of the fake wedding, the little girl's father suddenly loses consciousness and collapses.
His wife accepts a proposal of Seo Hye Ri to use a new drug undergoing clinical trials. The doctor in charge, who is seriously worrying about the new drug, fails to persuade the wife.
Park Ji Sang, lost his temper, waits for Lee Jae Wook in the parking lot when he comes home. The human turned vampire attacks him fiercely to restrain him to do something which a man cannot do anymore.
