Chinese Style Stir-fried Dried Pork

Ingredients:
Dried Pork, Duo La Jiao (Hunanese Chopped Salted Chilies), Cooking Oil
Green Onion, Carrot, Cheongyang Pepper (Korean pepper), Garlic,
Garlic Stems (manueljong)
Directions:

1. Defrost the frozen dried pork in the boiling water.
2. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
3. Julienne a carrot and sliced green onion and Korean chili.

4. Heat the cooking oil and add minced garlic.

5. Add sliced Cheongyang pepper.
(If you prefer mild flavors reduce chili.)

6. Add sliced green onion.

7. Add vegetables like garlic stems (manueljong) and green pepper.
8. Add Duo La Jiao (Hunanese Chopped Salted Chilies) to the softened vegetables and stir.
(If you prefer mild flavors reduce the sauce.)
