Yoo Ri Ta (Ku Hye Sun) gives thanks to Min Ga Yeon (Son Soo Hyun) not killing her.
While Ji Sang was in an operation room, the director directs Ga Yeon to kill Ri Ta. Jae Wook receives a call from Nam Chul Hoon (Kwon Hyun Sang) about her death. The director tries to blackmail Ji Sang but he knows that the vampires didn't kill Ri Ta.
Ga Yeon says, "Chul Hoon and I gave Jae Wook a bit too much credit. We talked about excessive reliance is like a blind love and can cloud our judgment of everything." to Ri Ta wonders why the male vampire helped her.
Jung Ji Tae (Kim Yu Seok) explains to Ji Sang about the healing substance which Joo Hyun Woo (Jung Hae In) found in the rotten blood before he was dead. Ji Sang realizes that he needs to sacrifice himself to be used as an embryoid body because he is the only infected person who has pure blood.
Meanwhile, Joo In Ho (Kang Sung Min) found the same fact reports to Jae Wook about the medicine. The director lets Chul Hoon kill the betrayer who completed the work he had to do.
Kyung In is arrested on suspicion of murder.
But Jae Wook escapes after he killed policemen.
Jae Wook trembled with rage kidnaps Ri Ta. He tries to kill Ji Sang came to the place to save her but Ga Yeon blocks his way.
While Ji Sang struggles with the attacker, the evil man pierces Ji Sang's heart, and at the same time, he injects poison to his back.
Jae Wook becomes an old man.
"God, I did my best and I don't regret. You are wrong if you wanted to cause pain on me growing old. I will come back to remove the pain." he closes his eyes.
The next day at dawn, Ji Sang meets his death.
"I'm sure that we will meet again anywhere as we met here. I have lived as human thanks to you. I love you." he also closes his eyes in the arms of the woman he loves.
Ri Ta visits the Republic of Krakozhia to see the girl who saved her life because of Ji Sang. When Ri Ta is threatened by several vampires, the man she loved picks up her life again.
"Please don't be with me alone. I'm afraid I may kill you next time. Be sure to be with Dr. Park Ji Sang (Ahn Jae Hyun) whatever may happen. I've got an order to must kill you because Choi Kyung In (Jin Kyung) asked Lee Jae Wook (Ji Jin Hee) to do it." the vampire doctor warns her.

Jae Wook tries to kill Ja Sang again but Ga Yeon is stabbed in the chest instead of him.
"You are still my family." Ga Yeon answers. But he tries to attack her again and Chul Hoon blocks his way for her.
