"How could you die like this? You shouldn't have told me the truth." Yoo Ri Ta (Ku Hye Sun) says in front of her uncle's dead body at a mortuary. After having a funeral, Ri Ta went to meet Choi Kyung In (Jin Kyung) shows her a portable voice recorder which proves that she is involved in her parents' death. The vice director tells her that she had loved her from the heart but Ri Ta states cold-heartedly, "Lie can be used to deceive others at first but it can be used to deceive yourself in conclusion."
A violent shiver convulses the middle-aged woman after she left the office.
Min Ga Yeon (Son Soo Hyun) entreats Ji Sang to be with Ri Ta tonight scratching her head over an order from Lee Jae Wook (Ji Jin Hee) to kill Ri Ta.
In Jae Wook's house, he exclaims angrily "I told you never be my weakness! I made a drastic choice to save you. You should disappear if you can't accept me the way I am" seizing her by the collar. Nam Chul Hoon (Kwon Hyun Sang) interrupts him and the chief vampire also expresses anger at him.
Kyung-In put a visit to the director with the recorder and he is very satisfied that they are in the same boat.
"You mean that Dr. Yoo Ri Ta is the only difficulty in the way of being the president. I will handle everything." the director grins.
"Without any fear of pain, please..." she calmly says.
Ji Sang thinks Ri Ta is strange as she holds a document upside down. Hyun Woo finds that a sedative substance is in Ri Ta's blood.
Ji Sang presses Ga Yeon for an answer, "What did you do to Dr. Yoo Ri Ta? I cannot let you slide this time. Tell me now!"
"I don't have any idea what you talking about." she tries to back out.
"You sent me the text message that Hyun Woo was in danger and you called me to check that he was fine. And you were totally surprised at the change of schedule of operation after you asked me to be with Ri Ta. What's happening?" he pushes her again.
She hesitates to answer for a moment but finally tells him the truth that Lee Jae Wook ordered to kill her and confesses everything evil she has done to him.
"A daughter can't leave her father although he is wrong," she says.
"A daughter can't leave her father although he is wrong," she says.
"I want you to ponder on what you will do from now. I will shut my eyes until you make a decision," he says.
"Min Ga Yeon! thank you," he adds.
Jae Wook orders Ga Yeon to kill Ri Ta again but she refuses to do it. Jae Wook says that Na Jeong will be killed by jumping off the top of a building to let her stick to her original intention if she doesn't kill her. She is devastated by the words.
Meanwhile, Joo In Ho (Kang Sung Min) is caught by Jae Wook's men.
"I'm curious that the psychopath does penance for his sins and shows respect for others." Jee Wook stares at the betrayer.
Hyun Woo finally discovers a cure for the infected patients in the 21A ward but he doesn't look happy at all. He buys clothes for Ji Sang for his birthday one week beforehand. While shopping, Ji Sang gets a test message written "Yoo Ri Ta is in danger," and he rushes to her.
"I'll go with you!" Hyun Woo says but Ji leaves him there.
When he arrives in Ri Ta's house, he gets a call from Joo In Ho and. In fact, Jae Wook sends the psychopath vampire to bring the information.
