('goohara' pronounces the same with 'save' or 'rescue' in Korean.)
Ingredients:
jjolmyeon, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, cucumber, seaweed flake, sesame, crushed pear juice
Directions:
1. Pour a can of crushed pear juice.
2. Add two tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of vinegar, and one tablespoon of sesame oil.
3. Put boiled jjolmyeon in the broth and add ice.
4. Add some shredded cucumber and seaweed flake to taste.
5. Add ground sesame seeds.
Yooo Jae Suk: Use Dongchimi (radish water kimchi), Kimchi, or chicken breast to taste.
