'Mask' Episode 6 Recap

Byun Ji Sook (Soo Ae) sadly looks at Byun Ji Hyuk (Hoya) being dragged out of the banquet hall. As Choi Mi Yeon (Yoo In Young) mistakes him for her ex-boyfriend and is downright rude to the sister-in-law in front of the family, Min Seok Hoon (Yeon Jung Hoon) says that he will handle the stalker. 

Mi Yeon finds Ji Hyuk paid a visit to the gallery where his sister works for and asks about their relationship handing over her calling card. The younger brother doesn't deny the fact that she assumes a little too much. 

Choi Min Woo (Ju Ji Hoon) cannot focus on work on his first day as the director of the headquarters because of the man in the banquet room yesterday and repeats tapping out a text message and deleting it. He finally visits the gallery and finds his wife cleaning the woman's bathroom under his sister's direction. Min Woo is so upset that he takes her by the hand and leads him from the place. 

Min Woo tells the wife to secretly meet the guy who she really loves and Ji Sook is so glad that she asks Seok Hoon if she would tell Ji Hyuk the truth. He gives a flat refusal to her suggestion showing her an original document of the genetic testing and she is compelled to tell her brother a big lie handing over money. Ji Hyuk tears the envelope to pieces saying he refuses the stranger's goodwill and it really breaks the sister's heart. 

Min Woo brings Ji Sook to a charnel house where his mother's bones are placed for her memorial ceremony. Ji Sook is deeply moved by his playing violin for his mother. When she waits for him to come out, she drops the wedding ring in a mountain stream. Ji Sook falls into the water and Min Woo barely delivers her from danger despite the fear of water due to the accident in the swimming pool.

The car suddenly breaks down on their way home. She is soaked to the skin and shivering and passes out in the long run in the uninhabited island.  

Seok Hoon heard about his wife's evil mischief rushes to the island and finds the couple embracing naked due to hypothermia. He breaks into a grinning evil, but his face begins to cloud over.
