This is one of Jung Joon Young's favorite night snack and he already put the recipe on his cooking blog.
Ingredients:
stir-fried baby anchovies, a can of tuna, pickled perilla leaf (jangajji), cheese, horseradish (wasabi), steamed rice, seasoned laver, sesame oil
1. Put steamed rice in a mixing ball.
2. Add some shredded laver.
(Seasoned laver complements the rice ball.)
3. Add the sesame oil and stir.
Cover with the remaining portion of rice and press the rice gently to shape into a round.
