Hong Seok Chun's Lentil Salad 

● Ingredients

lentil, pepperoncini, small octopus, shrimp, yogurt, maple syrup, soybean paste, onion,
carrot, chili, butter, garlic, pepper powder, lemon juice, lemon, Parmesan cheese

● Directions

 1. Dissolve soybean paste in boiling water. 

2. Stir-fry chopped onions and carrots. 

 3. Add soybean paste water and boil down.

 4. Add soaked lentils and keep boiling down.

 5. Add pepperoncini and sliced chili.

 6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.

 7. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and add minced garlic to make garlic butter.

 8. Add the bite-sized small octopus and shelled shrimp and season with pepper powder.

 9. Put maple syrup, lemon juice, grated lemon peel into yogurt to make a sauce. 

 10. Place the small octopus and shrimp on top of cooked lentils and vegetables and serve with yogurt sauce.
