● Ingredients
Frozen dumplings, Peperoncini, Soju (Korean distilled spirits), Beef sirloin,
Button mushroom, Macadamia, Dried persimmon, Vanilla Ice Cream, Onion, Green onion,
Thin Noodles (somyeon), Ginger Juice, Garlic, Chili power, Soybean paste (doenjang), Perilla leaves

● Directions
1. Put crushed frozen dumplings, ginger juice, minced garlic, Soju into the water to make meat broth.
2. Stir-fry minced garlic, sliced onion, sliced green onion, chili pepper, and pepperoncini.
3. Add soju and stir-fry them. (*Soju increases the sweet taste.)
4. Add bite-sized beef sirloin and sliced button mushroom.
5. Add strained meat broth through a sieve and boil.
6. Add soybean paste and minced garlic and keep boiling the broth.
7. Break macadamias up into much smaller pieces.
8. Roll up broken macadamia in spread persimmon and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
9. Garnish vanilla ice cream with it.
10. Boil the noodles, drain, and refresh in cold water.
11. Pour spicy noodle soup over boiled thin noodles and place julienned perilla leaves.
