Hwang Jung Min's Hwangjungmyeon (Sloppy Noodle)
Ingredients:
Udon (noodles), Chicken Breast, Oyster Sauce, Mung-bean Sprouts,
Cheongyang Pepper (Korean Chili), Cooking Oil
Yoo Jun Sang, Yoon Je Moon, Hwang Jung Min, and Jung Woong In |
Yoo Jae Suk asked, "Who was the cook?"
"It's me!" Hwang Jung Min lifted his hand.

Directions:
1. Heat up a frying pan and roast bite-sized chickens.
2. Add noodles and stir-fry.
3. Boil mung-bean sprouts and drain them.
4. Combine mung-bean sprouts, sliced Korean chili, fried chicken and noodles, and oyster sauce in a large bowl and toss coat.

Tip for Fried Noodles with Vegetables:
Garnish with remaining ingredients in the refrigerator and serve.
