What is family for Shim Cheong?

Looking at patients and their family in their hospital room, Jun Ji-Hyun (as Se-Hwa / Shim Cheong) says, 

"Family looks exactly the same with Bungeoppang.

They are as like as two peas, warm, and sweet."

What is Bungeoppang?

Bungeoppang is a fish-shaped bread(bun) filled with sweet red bean paste.

The snack can be seen everywhere in Korea in the winter season on the street.
